Customization Process
New project starts after consultation with customers.
1. Customer provides drawings (dimensions, material, special requirements) → mold opening as per drawings
2. Customer has sample but no drawing → send sample to engineer → measure and issue drawing → mold opening as per drawing
● Small sample mold (low cost, for sampling only)
● Full-size production mold (for sampling and mass production)
● Full-size production mold (for sampling and mass production)
Our engineer will resolve any quality issues within the warranty period.
Mold opening → Trial molding → Qualification → Sampling → Engineer inspects dimensions, hardness, etc. → Send sample for customer confirmation
After sample confirmation → Mass production
