Ceramic Imitation Coated Aluminum Panels for Villa Facade
For stone-like natural stone paint aluminum veneers, the production process includes preliminary processing of aluminum alloy sheets through cutting, marking, corner shearing, bending, rolling arc forming, argon arc welding, grinding, assembly and polishing. After chromate conversion treatment, a fluorocarbon coating is formed using fluorocarbon spraying technology. Finally, natural marble textures are transferred onto the fluorocarbon-coated aluminum veneer surface via heat transfer printing.
