Hidden Grid Aluminum Ceiling Tiles Concealed Grid Ceiling
Hidden grid aluminum ceiling tiles are square ceiling panels made from AA3005 aluminum alloy. After sheet metal processing and pretreatment, they are coated with polyester pre-paint. Installed via clip-in keel system, the panels feature 45° beveled edges for a seamless, flush finish with hidden keels. Ideal for offices, shopping malls, hospitals and other interior ceiling projects.

Production Process

AA3005 aluminum coils are cut to size, with 45° beveled edges processed by CNC punching for precise splicing.

Pretreatment
Degreasing, descaling and chromate conversion to improve coating adhesion.

Pre-coating
Polyester pre-coating for a uniform, stain-resistant and moisture-proof finish.

Micro-perforation (optional)
Perforated holes processed according to acoustic requirements for enhanced sound absorption.

Final Inspection
Dimensional accuracy, flatness and coating adhesion are tested before delivery.
