Production Process

Sheet Fabrication
Aluminum face/back sheets are cut, bent and pre-formed to design dimensions.

Pretreatment
Degreasing, descaling and chromate conversion to improve coating adhesion.

Surface Coating (Polyester)
Polyester primer and topcoat are applied and cured at high temperature for uniform, durable finish.

Honeycomb Core Fabrication
Aluminum foil is formed, bonded and expanded into hexagonal honeycomb structure.

Composite Bonding
Face sheet, honeycomb core and back sheet are bonded under high temperature and pressure with polyurethane adhesive.

Final Inspection
Dimensional accuracy, flatness, peel strength and coating performance are tested before delivery.
