Pre-treatment
Prior to coating, aluminum sheets undergo degreasing, decontamination and chemical treatment to form a chromate film, enhancing coating adhesion and weather resistance.

Secondary curing at 180-250℃ for 15-25 minutes to ensure stable coating performance.
