PVDF coated aluminum honeycomb wall panels are high-performance metal composite panels made of aluminum alloy face/back sheets and aluminum honeycomb core, bonded with imported two-component polyurethane adhesive under high temperature and pressure. The face sheet is coated with fluorocarbon (PVDF) finish, providing excellent weather resistance, corrosion resistance and color stability. It is the preferred material for high-rise building facades and curtain wall projects.
Exposed grid aluminum ceiling tiles are square ceiling panels made from AA3005 aluminum alloy. After sheet metal processing and pretreatment, they are coated with polyester pre-paint. Installed via exposed T-bar keel system, the panels feature straight edges, with visible keels forming a distinct grid pattern.
