Wood Grain Transfer Aluminum Honeycomb Wall Panels
Wood grain transfer aluminum honeycomb wall panels are lightweight metal composite panels made of aluminum alloy face/back sheets and aluminum honeycomb core, bonded with imported two-component polyurethane adhesive under high temperature and pressure. The face sheet is first coated with polyester or PVDF base coat, then natural wood grain patterns are transferred via heat printing. It delivers realistic wood texture with metal durability, ideal for wood-look interior and exterior decoration.

Production Process

Sheet Fabrication
Aluminum face/back sheets are cut, bent and pre-formed to design dimensions.

Pretreatment
Degreasing, descaling and chromate conversion to improve coating adhesion.

Base Coating
Polyester or PVDF base coat is applied for a stable transfer surface.

Wood Grain Heat Transfer
Heat transfer paper is applied and heated to embed natural wood grain into the coating.

Honeycomb Core Fabrication
Aluminum foil is formed, bonded and expanded into hexagonal honeycomb structure.

Composite Bonding
Face sheet, honeycomb core and back sheet are bonded under high temperature and pressure with polyurethane adhesive.

Final Inspection
Dimensional accuracy, flatness, peel strength and transfer effect are tested before delivery.
