    Product parameters

    Item Industry General Requirements Remarks
Stiffener Configuration Install when the short side > 600mm, with spacing ≤ 500-600mm, using U-shaped aluminum channels. Prevents panel bulging and deformation; must be firmly riveted/welded to the panel.
Bracket Specification Commonly used 2.5mm thick aluminum brackets, arranged at intervals ≤ 350mm from the panel. Connects the panel to the keel; must meet pull-out resistance requirements.
Joint Width Generally 10-15mm, filled with weather-resistant silicone sealant. Reserves allowance for thermal expansion and contraction to prevent panel deformation and extrusion.

    02
    Primer Coating
Seals the substrate, improves penetration resistance and topcoat uniformity, with a typical dry film thickness of 5-10μm.
Spray/Roller Coated Veneers Powder Coating Aluminum Panels 5
    03
    Topcoat Coating
Provides decorative color, protects the metal surface from aging and corrosion, with a typical dry film thickness of 23-30μm.
    04
    Clear Coat Coating
Enhances erosion resistance and metallic luster while protecting the topcoat, with a typical dry film thickness of 5-10μm.
    05
    Curing Process
Secondary curing at 180-250℃ for 15-25 minutes to ensure stable coating performance.

    FAQ

    1
Q: What is the service life of aluminum veneer curtain walls?
A: Exterior PVDF coated aluminum veneers offer over 20 years of weather resistance under normal conditions, meeting international curtain wall standards for color stability and coating adhesion.
    2
Q: Are aluminum veneer curtain walls waterproof and leak-proof?
A: With proper structural design and sealing, they provide excellent water resistance. Custom drainage system designs are available to meet high-rise building requirements.
    3
Q: What is the fire performance of aluminum veneers?
A: Aluminum substrates are non-combustible (Class A fire rating). Combined with flame-retardant coatings, they meet building curtain wall fire codes for public and high-rise buildings.
    4
Q: What installation methods are available?
A: Common methods include dry hanging, hook-on, and back bolt systems. We support both concealed and exposed frame curtain wall systems to suit different building structures.
    5
Q: Are they suitable for coastal, high-corrosion environments?
A: Yes. Enhanced pretreatment, high-weatherability PVDF coatings, and anti-corrosion processes improve salt spray resistance for coastal and industrial environments.
    6
Q: What special shapes can be achieved?
A: Through bending, welding, perforation and engraving, we can create arcs, double curves, hollow designs and complex custom shapes for unique building facades.
    7
Q: Do you provide curtain wall system design services?
A: Yes. We offer one-stop services including scheme optimization, detail design, and installation guidance to support full project execution with design institutes.
    8
Q: How is color difference controlled?
A: Standardized coating processes ensure color consistency within industry tolerances. Pre-production color sample confirmation is available for key projects to guarantee on-site uniformity.
