Pay Attention to These Four Steps in the Production Process of Aluminum Single Panels

Four Key Steps in Aluminum Single-Layer Panel Production:

I. Aluminum Plate Hole Cutting

1. Prepare materials according to the quota specified in the production department's work order, determining the model and specifications of the aluminum plates to be received (1100, 3003, 3004, 5005, etc.) and whether the specifications meet the requirements.
2. The aluminum plate surface quality must be checked three times. Rust, black spots, dents, and peeling layers are unacceptable. Brushed lines and ventilation holes are also unacceptable. More serious defects include dents, scratches, and obvious cracks at the R-angle after sheet metal bending. The raw material quality monitor has immediate responsibility to report any problems to the relevant personnel. Cracks are not allowed.
3. According to the cutting specifications in the production drawings, the process flow is completed on the computer screen. After accurate verification, cutting is performed on the hydraulic shears.
Key Points: Carefully check the specifications and serial numbers on the engineering drawings. Carefully program the process according to the actual operation code of the hydraulic shearing machine. Inspect a batch of aluminum plates to ensure the finished product quality meets the requirements.

II. Punching Angle Iron Holes in Aluminum Panels

1. Determine the workpiece markings, establish cutting material drawings and product drafting process specifications, and understand the engineering drawings and construction intentions.
2. Adjust and position the angle iron on the corresponding mold according to its start and end positions and intervals, and check it approximately twice using professional rulers and special tools.
3. Perform the punching operation on an automatic punching machine, strictly following the actual operation requirements.
4. The interval between two holes on the same angle iron is determined according to the angle iron length specified in the engineering drawings.
5. When punching holes in aluminum panels, the hole edge distance is determined according to the height and width ratio specifications of the angle iron required by the engineering drawings (it must match the angle iron to ensure product standardization).

III. Grinding and Polishing Aluminum Panels

1. Grinding procedure: Grinding and polishing with grinding and polishing pads -- grinding and polishing with a file or coarse sandpaper -- grinding and polishing with wet sandpaper.
2. Grinding Locations: (1) Welding; (2) Locations with surface defects; (3) Spikes at the tip; (4) Edge teeth.
3. Grinding and Polishing Specifications: (1) Clear intersecting lines; (2) Smooth and consistent arcs; (3) Curved edges of the board surface, free of blemishes and serrations, smooth and flat, with some corners connected in an arc shape; (4) No scars on the surface, and no grinding and polishing marks on the grinding disc.

IV. Installation of Aluminum Single-Layer Reinforcement Boards
1. According to product technical standards, the spacing between reinforcement bars is generally 500~600mm.
2. The raw materials for reinforcement bars are generally extruded to form a 3mm profile, approximately 12 strength sheets. A continuous extrusion press is used to extrude the aluminum profiles, followed by aging treatment to harden the raw materials.
3. The spacing between the nails should not be less than 250mm, and the distance from the edge should be 30~50mm. The hole diameter should be 8×15mm, resembling a coconut ball. The reinforcing plates must be installed promptly.
